  • 1 cup frozen petite green peas, thawed
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-4 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Crackers of choice


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processer. Blend until smooth.


Serve on crackers of choice.
