Bona Fide Boundaries

SEMINAR DESCRIPTION

Many of the problems we encounter in daily living have their roots in personal limits that are too rigid, too loose, or perhaps even nonexistent. Although possessing bona fide boundaries is an indispensable component for dealing successfully with everyday problems, developing and consistently them can be a challenge. It is a skill that some of us didn't have the opportunity to learn adequately during childhood. We can rectify that in adulthood.

This seminar is designed to explore the need for bona fide boundaries that, along with optimum self-esteem, are foundation blocks for successful living.
