How to identify and use your brain's innate energy advantage

Studies estimate that approximately two-thirds of adult Americans use their brains in energy-exhaustive ways. In addition studies have shown that managers spend an average of 19% of their time on employee-related problems. This is up 9% from a decade or two ago and is cause for concern in the business community because time is money. Matching employees with tasks that their brains do energy-efficiently can help to decrease presenteeism, absenteeism, turnover, and illness and enhance enthusiasm, accuracy, and productivity. Taylor's Brain Program is designed to help you to manage your energy more efficiently—and thrive.

SEMINAR DESCRIPTION

Estimates are that two-thirds of adult Americans use their brains in energy-intensive ways. This phenomenon can impact everyday living in terms of career success, relationship accord, communication effectiveness, addictive behaviors, weight-loss attempts, fatigue, health challenges, potential longevity, and overall success in life (to name just a few).

Prolonged or excessive adaption, labeled "Falsification of Type" by C. J. Yung, may lead to the development of a syndrome Taylor has labeled PASS (Prolonged Adaption Stress Syndrome). Some of the eight identified symptoms are similar to those of PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).

In addition studies have shown that managers spend an average of 19% of their time on employee-related problems. This is up 9% from a decade or two ago and is cause for concern in the business community because time is money. Matching employees with tasks that their brains do energy-efficiently can help to decrease presenteeism, absenteeism, turnover, and illness while enhancing enthusiasm, accuracy, and productivity.

The Brain Program is designed to help you identify your brain’s energy advantage and the type of activities your brain does energy-efficiently. This knowledge can help you manage your energy more efficiently (personally and professionally), communicate more successfully with brains that are different from yours, and thrive by design. To obtain the most benefit, each participant is encouraged to complete a BTSA (Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment) in advance, and each receives a personalized feedback document prepared by Dr. Taylor.

TIME FRAME

The Brain Program can be presented in three 50-minute segments. Ask about California Continuing Education Credit for RNs, LCSWs, and MFTs.
