How to age-proof your brain.

Are you concerned about how your brain will function as you age? Scientists agree that preventing brain deficits will always be easier than restoring them. More than half the factors that have been found to impact aging and the brain are within your partial if not complete control. It really involves creating a brain-friendly lifestyle.

This seminar is designed to outline key factors along with strategies and practical applications that you can implement immediately to help age-proof your brain. In fact, you're the only one who can!

SEMINAR DESCRIPTION

Your brain is critical not only your life itself but also to the quality of that life. Living well while you are alive is more important to many than just living a long time.  Studies have shown the way in which a variety of key factors impact the brain and its aging process. Research is beginning to validate the impact of what can be derived through challenging brain stimulation! Taylor’s new book, co-authored with Sharlet M. Briggs PhD, entitled “Age-Proofing Your Brain" highlights 21 key factors over which you have partial if not complete control.

This seminar is designed to outline several of those key factors and provide strategies and practical applications that you can implement right away.
