Emerging research has shown that stimulating your brain every day with challenging mental exercises can help to retard the onset of symptoms of again. Yes, there are brain abnormalities and conditions that defy this strategy, but regular brain exercises can benefit the vast majority of individuals. You can do these exercises individually or invite your friends over for an hour of stimulating fun.
SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
This seminar is designed to present a variety of brain exercises that, when practically applied, may help you strengthen some types of memory and improve your recall. It is worth a shot—but you are the only one who can do it for you!

Approximately 50 minutes. It is often presented as Part 2 following Age-Proofing Your Memory or Age-Proofing Your Brain.

People who are interested in examples of mental exercises to strengthen some types of brain functions—and have fun in the process.

- Explain how “Brain Benders” are whole-brain exercises
- List three exercises that can be done using simple activities of daily living
