How to understand and utilize core emotions
Many people use the words emotions and feelings interchangeably. In terms of brain function, however, they represent differing concepts. Studies have shown that emotions and feelings utilize different pathways in the human brain. According to Candace Pert PhD, emotions connect the subconscious with the conscious mind and can provide vital information to you.
This seminar is designed to explore the difference between emotions and feelings. The Emotions Staircase model is included along with examples of how to walk up the Emotions Staircase. Rather than being the victim of your own emotions and feelings, you can learn to deal with them effectively and appropriately.
