Taylor's Veggie Baked Beans |

My friend Grace fixed a version of these veggie baked beans for a July 4th picnic and I’ve since made it my own!
2 cans vegetarian baked beans.
Empty into a sauce pan.
Bring almost to a boil then simmer slowly
Ingredients:
- ½ cup minced onions
- ½ cup sliced celery
- ¼ cup organic Ketchup
- ¼ cup sugar (or equivalent such as Xylitol)
Sauté onions and celery until clear and add to beans.
Stir in ¼ cup organic ketchup.
Add ¼ cup sugar
Simmer until flavors are blended and bean mixture is thick
Serve. They go very well with the Vegan Potato Salad.
