With excitement and anticipation, I drove to Nosoca Pines Ranch in South Carolina. I had already heard Drs. Taylor and Lawrence present seminars, but never before had they offered The Brain Program close enough for me to attend. I knew I was going to have a really special weekend.

But there was just no way to envision the reality; I had to experience it. From the beginning, the intensity of the input was eased by the friendly, common-sense presentation. Laughter often filled the room and, incidentally, anchored the point being made.

Relationships that may have puzzled us all our lives were more understandable as we learned how brain lead (and other innate preferences) affects thought and behavior.

Sometimes we saw our own actions so clearly that it astonished us. And we found out that it is okay for spouses, partners, other family members, friends and coworkers to view life through glasses other than the ones we wear.

We learned, as well, how to emphasize our strengths and compensate for our weaknesses; how to collaborate and cooperate with others who are different from us. Private face-to-face talks with the presenters were extremely helpful. Their direct but compassionate assistance gave many of us a new approach to old problems. (There is light at the end of the tunnel!)

Since I regularly present seminars myself, I could truly appreciate the verve with which the sessions were offered. It was obvious that both Arlene and Lorna were committed to sharing with us the results of years of study and preparation.

Has my life been changed as a result of that weekend? A resounding YES!
