Q: Explain the reason you believe that the BTSA is a "must take" for those who want to build a business.

A. I do believe the BTSA is a must-take for anyone building a business, but I also believe is it is a must-take for any individual who wants to maximize their innate potential and be successful in life.

Conceivably you could put in the time, energy, research, and study necessary to figure out who you are innately and what your brain does energy-efficiently. You might even be able to figure out your sensory preference and whether or not you are an extravert, ambivert, or introvert, which also has huge implications for energy management.

There is also a strong possibility, however, that you might be one of the individuals for whom expectations have been so ingrained-perhaps even for generations-that it is easy to confuse what you have learned to do well with what your brain does energy efficiently. And if, by chance, you have been adapting for years, your brain may not even have the brain energy available to do the necessary processing to figure this out.

The BTSA synthesizes the high points of brain-function research. Is it perfect? Of course not. It is, however, built upon observational work done by Carl Jung (which also formed the basis for the Meyers-Briggs Temperament Inventory) with a physiological update based on information from brain imaging modalities.

Receiving a feedback document that provides information about your brain's "innate giftedness" can jump-start your application of brain-function information by 6-9 months or more. Yes, you still have to do the work, but you have a frame-work within which to do so. My brain's opinion is that it is the difference between flying by the seat of your pants (sometimes being successful but unable to replicate that consistently) and thriving by design.
