Q. What you share in your brain-function seminars is fascinating as well as practical and helpful. What information is available for the general public?

A. I’ve been presenting seminars specifically related to the brain for decades, and specifically related to brain function for nearly two decades. Initially, much of the information came from research papers, from attending workshops at institutions that were doing brain research, and from conversing with brain researchers.

Now, there are more and more books available for the general public. Some contain information about brain function and adaption similar to what I present in my seminars—sometimes just stated in a different way. Here are four examples:

  • Rita Carter, Mapping the Mind
  • Michael Gurian, Boys and Girls Learn Differently
  • Mel Levine, A Mind at a Time
  • Phil McGraw, Self Matters, Creating Your Life from the Inside Out

You also may want to check the Bibliographical References on my web site for additional suggestions.
