Q. I understand your DVDs are prepared in approximate 30-minute segments. Any particular reason?
A. Yes. The DVDs are being shown in a variety of venues and this makes it easier to show one segment at a time. Depending on the venue a group leader can follow one segment with a 20-30-minute discussion of practical applications to everyday living.
Remember that in terms of adult learning, in order to really internalize the information presented and apply it practically on a daily basis, the average adult needs to be exposed to the information at least four times. Play the entire series and then repeat the DVDs at intervals.
